Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Free & Easy Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise purchased on this website may be returned for a refund within 90 days of the date of purchase, both in-store and online, if it meets the following conditions:

• Merchandise was purchased on this website. We do not accept returns from other authorized retailers.

• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 90 days of purchase. Returns received after 90 days will not be accepted. 

Original condition is defined as:

• All tags are still attached to the product.

• The material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

• Merchandise must be in its original packaging.

• The reason for return must be indicated.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.

Returns Process

1. To start the return process, print a free return shipping label to return your items in their original packaging. You will need your order confirmation number to start the return process, which can be found in your order confirmation email.

2. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages. We do not assume responsibility for lost shipments. NOTE: We do not credit shipping costs for returned orders using your own shipping method.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly printed statement. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.

We are not able to accept returned merchandise obtained from a retailer other than this website. To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the return policy.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

When will I receive my refund?

Once received, please allow up to two business days for your return to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. It may take longer for the change to reflect in your monthly printed statement, up to two billing cycles.
